This low-rise condo resort is located on five acres along Kauai's Coconut Coast, bordering the reefs of Waipouli Beach. Surrounded by palm trees and other tropical landscaping, the resort feels secluded even though it's adjacent to the shops and restaurants at Coconut Marketplace. The low-lying buildings blend into their surroundings, and the beach, pools, and paths offer plenty of places to soak up the sun and scenery. Four gas-fired barbeque grills are available for those who want to grill their own ono or wahoo.

Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy has a freeform swimming pool with a waterfall and natural rock formations and an oceanside spa tub. Childcare services can be arranged at the activity desk, and front desk staff can assist with business services such as copying or faxing.

Bathrooms have slate tile floors and granite counters. Fully-equipped kitchens, present in all accommodations except the hotel garden view units, have refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and garbage disposals. Decor features red, gold, and green fabrics, carpeted floors, and island-style accents. Most units have washers/dryers, and all have high-speed Internet access (surcharge). The resort provides daily housekeeping.
